_p Lambdawiki can be easily installed, provided you have an account on the web on which you can upload files by FTP and which knows PHP (ask a friend who knows if you don't know what it means). You should follow these steps :
_ol download the last archive of lambdawiki : [[archive|archive.zip]] (about 40ko),
_ol unzip the file, you get a folder,
_ol change the name of your folder, for instance call it : "mywiki",
_ol upload this folder by FTP into your web account.

_p Et voilà, your lambdawiki is ready ! You can call your wiki in a browser this way : http://address_of_my_account/mywiki and use it !

_p The first time you call your wiki, a page called "wwwiki" opens saying "This page is empty !". In order to modify the page's content you need to unlock the wiki :
_ol Click on the "login" button to open the login page, 
_ol enter "wwwiki" as password, 
_ol and click on "OK" to validate and return to page "start". 

_p Clicking on the "edit" button opens a window in which you can edit the sentence "This page is empty". For instance write : "This page is no more empty !". Then click on the "save" button, the editor window closes itself and the new sentence is saved in a folder named "pages" and published on the web. 
_p You're welcome on the creative part of  the web !

_p Analyzing the code of this page (and of other pages of this wiki), you may understand the basics of the syntax. In this page you will discover the way to write titles, paragraphs and lists. In other pages you will find how to compose a page in blocks, apply styles, play with scripts, images, videos. The page [[syntax]] gives the basic principles of the syntax and a list of the wiki-tags.
